Ah Gong and Popo bought J a tiny chair over the weekend. My mum brought out my brother's old kiddy table and J now has a own tiny corner in popo's house to call her own. No more climbing of dining table chairs, hopefully.
She looked so busy, sitting there doodling for a while, occasionally punching at the calculator.
While searching for a suitable container for her crayons, we found that the Hello Kitty Happy Meal toy I got years ago works well as one. That is J's not-so-tiny-anymore hand.
And after lunch, it's the kiddy pool once again. It's just toooo hot and humid. And today, other than splashing around like a , in J's words, frog, I also discovered that my bub finally knows how to scoop and pour water from one container to the other.
These two containers are about as old as I am. I'm surprised they hold up really well. Old things are really of better quality, huh?
4 hours down.
4 more to go.
I'm really thankful to my mom for helping me with J and ensuring, as well as encouraging her to have lots of fun. I don't know of that many grandmothers who allow messy play!
