Today's visit was a quick one.
I felt a lot better today so I could dress up and (hopefully) look like the other hot mommas sitting in the clinic.
There are usually a lot more hot mommas (with their husbands) on Fridays.
I have to do the glucose check now.
(I think that's the simple glucose check? I now have to pee on a tiny strip of paper at each visit).
Doctor measured Baby's length (from head to bum) and told us that it will no longer be an accurate of determining the dates. The circumference of Baby's head and the length of the thigh bone will give a more accurate measurement.
Baby appears to be quite tall (from the thigh bone measurement) and Doctor seems to think it's Daddy's genes. I'm pretty tall too, no?
We got to see Baby's weight for the first time and I'm relieved that Baby is growing well despite my lack of appetite. :)
Doctor tried to determine Baby's gender today but Baby seems to be with us in the gender guessing game. The placenta was blocking the view.
Speaking of which, my placenta is appears to be a little low.
We hope that it will shift itself soon because I really want to go for natural birth.
(Even though I know it's going to hurt like crazy.)
