We made our first visit to Bishan 8 Clinic for Women, and saw Dr Vincent Lee for the first time.
The ladies at the clinic are so friendly. They made me feel at ease right away. This is very unlike the other clinic I visited for my pap smear.
Phyllis was the lady who attended to me.
I had to fill up a form and under occupation, I wrote "housewife (domestic engineer) :)".
The hubby made me write in "domestic engineer" just for fun. I finished it with a smiley face.
Phyllis was quite amused and I'm happy to be called "little girl" again.
I was made to drink A LOT of water. Apparently my bladder has to be very full in order for me to do the scan. Very, very full.
We saw our baby (foetus actually) in the scan.
Baby is 5 weeks old.
The scan was actually rather abstract.
Dr Lee pointed out where the gestation sac is, and where baby is.
Baby is only about 2.6mm big.
It's so amazing.
We went home with our first ultrasound photo that day. :)
